*** 7/12/16  Order processing moves quickly.  Any order changes(size/color/tee) must be made within 12 hours.

SHIPPING:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.  During winter months inclement weather can also affect shipping.

  • Orders made over a weekend begin processing on the following non-holiday Monday.

  • Once shipped an email with USPS tracking information will be sent.

  • Allow 2 days for tracking numbers to show movement.

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time your order is placed.  Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer's cost. 

  • Items marked as DELIVERED but stolen or misdelivered by shipping company are handled by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc).  Any reshipment is done on a case by case basis.

  • Items (ladies sweatshirts, totes, mugs)  will be shipped separately.

  • Some orders may be split due to specific items being produced in a different warehouse.

 

     REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

    • NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES can made at this time due to each item being printed once ordered.  

    • Please see size charts or email us for sizing assistance using the contact form.

    •  Exchanges are only processed if the item sent is incorrect.
